Return & Exchange Policy

A customer may request order cancellation before the order is shipped. To request cancellation, contact The Hair Club as soon as possible at contact@thehairclub.ge or 592 151 717.

A return, exchange, replacement, or refund may be requested if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or in another legally protected case under applicable Georgian consumer protection rules.

Returned products should be unused and, where possible, returned with original packaging. The Hair Club may request order details and photos of the product to review the request.

Refund timing depends on the payment provider and bank processing times after the return or refund request is approved.
